We indulged in a selection of finely cut gourmet sandwiches that were a perfect marriage of flavors and textures, paired with freshly baked scones served with clotted cream and strawberry preserve that transported us to a world of indulgence. The delectable selection of afternoon tea cakes and pastries that followed was a testament to the highly skilled Pastry Chef's artistry, each bite a symphony of sweet and savory delights.The Amber Bar beckoned us with its delicious cocktail menu and an impressive selection of fine whiskeys, including some from the nearby Midleton Distillery. The ambiance was sophisticated yet inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. Our dining experience at The Spike Bar was equally impressive, offering tasty snacks and delicious après-golf cuisine in a comfortable clubhouse setting.
